Enterprise
For systems, not just people. Unlimited users, the API, and a licence to put the data inside your own tools.
Who it is for
People-analytics and HRIS teams, ESG and sustainability reporting teams, and groups with many Japan entities that want the figures inside the tools they already use.
What people use it for
- Feed your own dashboards.Pull companies, benchmarks and employers as JSON or CSV into Power BI, Tableau, Workday or a data warehouse, and refresh them on your own schedule.
- Track every Japan entity in your group.Listed companies by securities code, unlisted ones by their 13-digit corporate number, with each entity's figures and its benchmarks in one call.
- Screen at scale.Export every unlisted employer in an industry division, size band or prefecture, or only the foreign-owned ones, for supplier screening, market mapping or acquisition targets.
- Open it to everyone who needs it.No seat count: every analyst, HR business partner and country manager in your organisation can use the dashboard.
What is inside
- Everything in Company, including Makana Partners' pay ranges.
- The API, with your licence key as a bearer token. Full reference at /human-capital/api/.

- How does authentication work?
- Send your licence key as a bearer token: Authorization: Bearer followed by the key. The same key opens the dashboard.
- Can we show the data in an internal tool used across the group?
- Yes. Enterprise covers internal systems and unlimited users in your organisation. Publishing the data outside it, or reselling it, is not covered.
- What formats does the API return?
- JSON for records and CSV for exports, with the same fields as the dashboard and the files.
