Listed companies' records carry their MHLW entry as mhlw (v holds the figures keyed overtime_hours, paid_leave_uptake, women_officers, women_supervisors, women_share_of_hires, women_share_of_workforce, retention10_f, retention10_m, tenure_f, tenure_m, female_childcare_leave, women_managers, male_childcare_leave and the three pay ratios) and, where confirmed, foreign with the parent and its country.
Fields
Figures are keyed employees, avg_salary_yen, avg_age, avg_tenure, female_manager_ratio, male_childcare_leave,
pay_gap_all, pay_gap_regular and pay_gap_nonregular (women's pay as a percentage of men's). On a company record each figure is an object:
v the value; filed the value as filed where we changed it; qc and note what we changed and why; sub the subsidiary it was reported for;
lb the legal basis of the leave figure. Industry slugs are those used on the industry pages, such as banks or information-and-communication.
Licence
