Term and renewal	Annual plans run for one year and renew automatically on the same terms unless cancelled. You can cancel any time before the renewal date; access continues to the end of the paid year.
Returns and cancellation	As these are digital products, we do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations once payment is complete, and there are no pro-rated refunds for cancelling part-way through a year. If a product does not work and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will put it right or refund at our discretion.
