What gets credited

Every suggestion is read and checked before anything changes. Credit, with your name, title, company and LinkedIn profile on the entry, is for substantial contributions:

correcting a fact, rule, threshold, date or figure
adding a practical example or case from your own experience of hiring or managing in Japan
a source that changes what the entry says
a new term that we publish

Typo, grammar and wording fixes are welcome and will be made, but they are not credited. Credit is always opt-in, and you can ask for it to be removed at any time.
